Intake, Assessment, Treatment, Patient Education/Self Care

Cancellation Policy:
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from helping other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a treatment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Missed appointment fees will not to be direct billed to extended health providers.

Kimberley Allen RMT

Raised in Powell River, Kimberley Allen went away to Calgary, AB for schooling at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy where she graduated in May 2019. After returning to BC, she flew to St. John’s, NL where she challenged the board exams in August 2019. After receiving her certificate in Registered Massage Therapy from CMTNL, she transferred her credentials to CMTBC in March 2020.

Kimberley has always been interested in health and wellness. Her keen interest in the relationship between mind and body drew her to a profession in massage therapy. Her goal is to better assist her clients in the Powell River community and surrounding area to live a more balanced, pain-free lifestyle. She uses Swedish and Myofascial techniques to treat common musculoskeletal conditions caused by poor posture, flawed biomechanics and traumatic injury. Kimberley has a particular interest in using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage to promote and support the body’s natural healing capacity. She is eager to learn and expand her education in the near future with more modalities that will compliment her therapeutic practice.

Kimberley’s other passions in life include reading books, baking, exercising, spending quality time with her family & friends, and embracing the active outdoor Sunshine Coast lifestyle with her dog, Ajax.
